How could I forget?

The temperature dropped to about 20 degrees and Joyce says, "Is the garden irrigation drained?", at about 5pm.

YIKES!!!
I somehow didn't associate the Arctic Freeze that came tonight (last night now) with freezing my garden pipes.
I had forgotten to take the hoses off the garden spigots - so here I am, with my heat gun thawing them so they won't break. The overnight temperature reached 19 degrees. At least I got the house spigot hoses off- but I fear my sprinkler system and garden irrigation system might not survive.
I'd hate to think of digging up those bricks to replace the PVC tubing. Maybe it's forgiving enough (flexibility wise) that it won't break. I managed to drain the metal faucets.

Some great sunshine shots of the morning after our Arctic Freeze came roaring in.
