No Match to Store Produce

The Pumpkin has finally gotten underway...

We have our fingers crossesd- but this cantalope might not make it to maturity in time.

This was dinner tonight. All freshly picked just an hour before dinner....MMMMMMMM
I used a pastry mixer to mush the tomatos and sliced up the zuchinis and we had zuchini lasagna. We did not need to add any spices because these tomatos are SO sweet they really didn't need any help- OH YUMMY!!!

I also picked a Jalepeno pepper as well- but that was a side spice....
